By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms, which apply to both you (the customer) and Linen.Pro (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”).
All products are displayed in EUR , unless otherwise stated.
All items shown on the website are ready to ship. We accept returns in accordance with our Returns Policy below.
How the Contract is Formed
- Order Details
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you want to ship to an address other than the billing address, do not select “Ship to my billing address.”
- Order Confirmation
- After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
- Dispatch Notification
- We will send a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Order Cancellation
- To cancel your order, contact us by email before the order is dispatched.
- If the order has already been shipped, you may return the items in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Delivery & Shipping
- all Linen-Pro products are shipped via UPS.
- A tracking number is always provided to monitor your package.
Delivery Times
- Within Europe: 2–4 business days
- USA and Canada: 2–6 business days
Payment
- We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards, and BLIK payments.
- Your financial information is secure and private; PayPal confirms every transaction via email.
Taxes & Duties
- All prices displayed on the website do not include import duties or taxes.
- Customers are responsible for all customs fees and import taxes in their country.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your linen products.
Conditions for Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Delivery costs and return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Not Accepted
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items that have been used.
- Returns based on color perception (monitor colors may differ).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please take a photo and email us immediately.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund upon receiving the returned item.

- We will provide the return address and instructions.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned items.
Custom and Personalized Orders
- If you need special sizes or custom designs, please contact us for a personalized order.
- Returns or exchanges for custom orders are not accepted, as these are made specifically for you.
