Returns and Exchange Policy
We value every customer and want your purchases to bring you joy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges according to the policy outlined below.

- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- The cost of shipping the original order and returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
2. Conditions for Accepting a Return
We accept returns or exchanges if:
- The items in the package do not match the description of the order.
- The items are damaged or spoiled during delivery.
3. Conditions for Not Accepting a Return
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- For personalized or custom-made orders.
- For returns based on color perception, as product images may slightly differ from actual colors.
4. Refunds
- We will refund 100% of the order value when all return conditions are met.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items.
5. Custom and Personalized Orders
- If you need a different size or personalized design, please contact us to place a custom order.
- Returns and exchanges for personalized or custom-made items are not accepted, as these items are made especially for you.
6. How to Request a Return
- Contact us via our contact form or email within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Specify the reason for the return and attach photos of the item if it is damaged.
- Send the item back to the address we provide.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
